Whether you’ve received a gift voucher, a pay-it-forward voucher or just a coupon code – someone’s been good to you already. And soon you’ll be sending some of those good vibes to your nominee.

Here’s what you need to know… there are two types of discounts that you can enjoy;

  1. A completely free product – These may be limited to specific products but always includes UK Standard delivery. The maximum number of free products you can send is stated on your voucher.
  2. A percentage-based reduction – These discounts apply either to qualifying purchases only or to all orders in your basket. The percentage and maximum number of times you can apply the discount code is usually stated on your voucher.

All vouchers or codes have an expiry date. To avoid disappointment, be sure to use them in time.

We are known for randomly handing out vouchers in-person on the street, in shops, at petrol stations or anywhere else – in these cases, you’ll be told the expiry date verbally.

Decide who you want to design a gratificate for

Create an account (so you can keep a history of your gratificates)

Choose the appropriate gratificate and fill in the relevant details on the product page

Add the completed gratificate to your basket

Go to basket, enter your code and hit ‘Apply coupon’

That’s it, you’re done! Your basket total will update and you can checkout

Voucher or coupon details

Free products

This voucher entitles the holder to one or more free gratificates from our product range.

If you choose UK Standard postage, there’s nothing to pay – tuck your payment card away as we won’t need any payment details.

But if an upgraded postage option is selected, the difference is not covered by the voucher and will be payable on checkout.

There are some limitations to your free product vouchers. These are;

  • by date – the holder of the voucher may send as many as they wish during the valid period,
  • by quantity – the holder can send up to the maximum number stated on the voucher,
  • by first product – the holder is entitled to get their first product free. We check the voucher code against the email address used.

‘First one free’ codes are valid for every new user.

Please check your voucher for the expiry date. If a code was shared with you, remember to ask what the expiry date is to avoid disappointment later.

Don’t forget to create your account before you send your first gratificate to ensure your Sent history is accurate.

Discount offers

This voucher or discount code entitles the holder to reduce their purchase costs in accordance with the offer details.

UK Standard postage is also discounted accordingly. If upgraded delivery is selected, the difference is not covered by the discount and will be payable in full on checkout.

Please read your voucher or offer details properly;

  1. Some entitle the holder to reduce their entire basket total,
  2. Some are only applicable to specific products and
  3. Others require a qualifying purchase amount before a discount can be applied
